we have a parking spot available in a garage about 100m away from the property.

It is a Duplex system, so not every car fits.

The maximum dimensions are:

Hight: 1,45m

Cars that fit are e.g. Audi A1-A4, Ford Focus Turnier, BMW 1-3series, Golf, Porsche 911, etc.

The closest public parking lot is called CarPark Cristal https://www.carpark-cristal.de, but it’s about 20 minutes by foot to our building or about 5 minutes walk to the Central Station.

Alternatively, there is street parking on Zenettistraße (not Lindwurmstraße!) it costs 10€/day, with evenings from 11pm-9am and Sundays free.

You can also consider parking at Park&Rides at different train stations in and around the city and just travel throughout the city via public transport as it would be much easier that way. Some stations outside of Munich are even free to park! You can find more information on the Park&Rides here: https://www.parkundride.de/en/pr-anlagen.html
